  17 This command searches  <I>epp</I>-file for
  18 all class boundaries and print a table of class pair which are neighbouring
  19 at least in one place.  DO NOT MIX it with EPPL7 NEIGHBOUR command, which
  20 is part of <B><A HREF="evaluate.1.html">evaluate</B>(1)</A>
  21  in EPU. <P>
  22  It prints pairs of classes to stdout, one
  23 per line separated by commas. <P>
  24  Each pair of classes can be printed once
  25 or twice, first among neighbours of first class in pair, than neighbours
  26 of second. <P>
