I've already forgotten what they are for, so don't ask me to support

Ghostscript 8.16 compiled for MS-DOS
- Build made by Michael Kostylev. vga driver works, svga16 does not.
When Michael would send me patches for sources he made to make vga work,
I'll publish them here (and submit to savannah).
